Salary

  • PGY 1: $63,650
  • PGY 2: $65,882
  • PGY 3: $68,126

  • Moving expenses: $1,000 relocation allowance, subject to current tax laws and hospital policy
  • Meals: $2,000 annual meal allowance, added to annual salary and paid across 26 pay cycles. Each resident will receive a DoorDash DashPass.
  • On-call quarters:  Provided for each resident when on call and furnished with appropriate amenities.
  • Parking: Free parking on all Mercy Health campuses
  • Fitness facilities: Free membership to St. Vincent Medical Center fitness center

  • Lab coats (two for first academic year and one per year thereafter, ordered through program)
