Educational Sign-On Bonus
$2,500 pre-tax annually

- Moving expenses: $1,000 relocation allowance, subject to current tax laws and hospital policy
- Meals: $2,000 annual meal allowance, added to annual salary and paid across 26 pay cycles. Each resident will receive a DoorDash DashPass.
- On-call quarters: Provided for each resident when on call and furnished with appropriate amenities
- Parking: Free parking on all Mercy Health campuses
