Benefits and Compensation
Salary
- $51,500 (includes travel and meeting expenses)
Insurance
Eligibility for benefits starts on July 1. A comprehensive benefits package includes health care at a nominal cost.
Paid Time Off
- Vacation: 80 hours
- Interview: Up to three days
- Conference days
- Holidays: Seven days
Academic Stipend
Registration and travel expenses for ASHP Midyear Meeting in December and the Ohio Pharmacy Residency Conference in May have been included in the resident stipend and will be the responsibility of the resident. Additional funds are provided for continuing education and conferences as needed per the discretion of the residency program director and director of pharmacy.

What to Expect
Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center works closely with our other graduate medical education programs. The residents participate in the didactic teaching of medical residents and pharmacy students. Also, being a part of a large health system affords opportunities for participation in system-wide committees and the ability to participate in drug policy development.
