This care model emphasizes the skills that a graduate of the program will need to effectively participate in modern, real-world patient care.
- Residents will be expected to demonstrate these behavioral characteristics consistent with the Mercy Health mission goals in their daily care and approach to all patients.
- Community outreach and involvement will be established via a comprehensive outpatient clinic and community service projects, the latter focusing upon medically underserved communities and populations.
