Average Hours a Week
Clinical and educational work hours will average 40 hours per week, with 20-23 hours of direct patient care per week. This includes assessment interviews, psychological testing, report writing and psychotherapy sessions. Typical hours at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. but may vary based on rotation. Interns establish working hours with administrative supervisor responsible for their rotation.
