Mercy Health – Kentucky is pleased to announce it has named Danny Warren as the new chief financial officer (CFO), filling the previously vacant position.
Warren assumed the role on April 17 and he has responsibility for the financial operations of the facilities, practices and entities of Mercy Health – Kentucky.
Warren joins Mercy Health from Helena, Ark., where he provided financial leadership to Helena Regional Medical Center. Previously, he spent 15 years in CFO positions, most recently as CFO of Venice Bayfront Health in Venice, Fla. Warren has also spent time in various financial leadership positions with health systems and facilities throughout both Tennessee and Florida.
“Danny’s proven track record of budgetary and financial success qualifies him uniquely to lead our financial operations and I’m pleased he will serve in this capacity,” said Mercy Health – Kentucky President Mike Yungmann.
Warren earned his degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and he brings nearly 30 years of financial health care experience to Mercy Health.
