Mercy Health Announces New Chief Nursing Officer in Lima Market

 

 

LIMA, OH. (Dec. 19, 2024) – Mercy Health has named Linsey Paul the chief nursing officer for the Mercy Health – Lima market. Paul, who’s been serving in her role as CNO of the Lima market since August 2024, has served the Mercy Health ministry in a variety of nursing leadership roles for more than a decade and has experience in serving in the ministry’s Lima and Springfield markets. Most recently, she served as the assistant chief nursing officer for Mercy Health – Springfield Medical Center.

In this role, Paul reports to Lehman and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing operations for the market, which includes oversight of bedside care, nursing quality, and nursing practices for Mercy Health Lima. Since joining Mercy Health in 2013, Paul has served in a variety of roles, including most recently serving as the assistant chief nursing officer for Mercy Health – Springfield Regional Medical Center. Prior to that, she served as an acute care and operations director in Mercy Health’s Springfield market and as patient services operations and ROC director in Mercy Health’s Lima market. Paul has also served in leadership roles and as a frontline nurse in the emergency department at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center.

Paul earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
