Being admitted to the hospital involves many details, and we will be there to help you with all of them.
If you are being admitted to the hospital, please check in at the Admitting Department, which is located on the left hand side of the main lobby.
Please bring insurance information with you.

Hospital Pre-Registration
Thank you for choosing Mercy Health for your healthcare needs.
Please take a moment to complete your pre-registration. We ask that you do this more than three days prior to your service. On the day of your procedure, please bring your insurance cards and photo ID with you for verification. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team. Security
Security is available 24 hours a day and can be contacted through the hospital operator. Just dial 0 from any hospital phone.
If you lose something at the hospital, please call Security at 513-870-7000 so they can check the Lost and Found.
