I am a Board-Certified Family Physician at Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital Primary Care. I completed my Medical Residency training at Mercy St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio where I learned to provide care to patients of all ages. I am now grateful to be serving my neighbors and the surrounding communities of Tiffin, Ohio.

| January 2024 Dr Yacob was extremely encouraging about my post TAVR condition, also advised I see Pain Management MD after explaining the severe neck pain I was experiencing. Had been advised by a surgeon that I was too old for surgery and there was no alternative. Didn't know that Pein Management might help. |
