	September 2024 Mark listened carefully to all my symptoms and comments. He explained the x-rays to me and gave me treatment options. He immediately was able to administer treatment.
	September 2024 The doctor answered all of my questions completely. He encouraged me to ask questions and offered information. When I asked what the surgery would entail, he provided a model of the knee replacement parts and explained using my x-rays

	July 2024 Mark listened to my concerns & proposed doing another MRI of my shoulder to see why I am having so much pain and restrictions of using my arm. This was a wise choice and one I agree with. He also explained all possible ways to proceed after the MRI images come back in case surgery may have to be done again. I admire his honesty and straight forwardness. I would recommend this office to anyone.
