	July 2024 Mark is the best! He was so patient with me, understanding and respecting my fear when it came to a simple cortisone shot. After a few appointments I finally agreed to the first shot 3 months ago, and wished I would have done it sooner! Just got a shot yesterday in the other knee, with much less apprehension because I knew Mark was quite skilled and it was over in the blink of an eye!
