I do all aspects of general surgery but I have a special interest in breast cancer surgery, and I stay on the cutting edge of treatment by attending breast cancer workshops and meetings. I live in Paducah with my wife and we have two adult children.

	March 2024 Dr. Howard is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. He makes you feel that you are his only patient and gives all of time you need. He is not only interested in the problem that he corrected, but he is interested in every physical problem you have and always wanting to help. He is one in a million. I wish there more doctors like him.
