Mercy Willard Foundation
Over the years, the Mercy Willard Foundation has built a legacy of giving and compassion aligned with the mission of Mercy Health — Willard Hospital to “extend the healing ministry of Jesus by improving the health of our communities with emphasis on people who are poor and under-served." The Foundation has supported the hospital through the years by funding equipment and programs to enhance the delivery of exceptional healthcare.
In 2010, the Foundation launched an ambitious campaign to raise $1 million towards the construction of the new hospital on Neal Zick Road. The goal was surpassed with $1.2 million raised in support. The new facility opened in May of 2012 and serves the community with a state of the art surgery center, private inpatient rooms and much more.
