TIFFIN, OH (August 12, 2024) - Mercy Health– Tiffin Hospital has received the prestigious 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) 2024 Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings.
Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital was one of only 381 hospitals nationwide to be recognized with a rating of five stars, putting it among the top facilities in the nation. This year’s CMS list had 102 fewer hospitals receiving its five-star quality rating, compared to 2023.

The overall rating summarizes a variety of factors across five quality categories: mortality, safety of care, readmission, patient experience, and timely and effective care.
