Mercy Health – Springfield Hiring for More than 150 Positions at February 2 Recruitment Event

Mercy Health – Springfield announces that Springfield Regional Medical Center is hosting hiring events from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, February 2.

 

Springfield Regional Medical Center, located at 100 Medical Center Drive, Springfield, Ohio 45504, has 70 positions for registered nurses available in the following departments: Intensive Care Unit, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac, Operating Room and Emergency Department. Applicants should be graduates of state-approved nursing schools and hold current RN licensure to practice nursing as issued by the State of Ohio or have plans to obtain their licensure.

 

The hospital is also looking to fill new and open roles in respiratory therapy, speech pathology, physical therapy, med tech, med lab tech, nursing assistants, behavioral health tech, environmental services and dietary.

 

Mercy Health Physicians will be on site at the event to fill new and open medical assistant positions at a wide variety of Mercy Health primary care and specialty physician practices located throughout Springfield, Urbana and surrounding areas. Full-time, part-time and PRN (per diem) positions available. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have earned a medical assistant degree, certificate or diploma
  • Have the MA Certification (CMA) or be a registered MA (RMA)
  • Have worked as an MA for three out of the past five years

 

Mercy Senior Health and Housing will be on site at the event to fill new and open positions for RNs, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants at Oakwood Village and Mercy McAuley Center.
