St. Rita’s Welcomes Dr. Mario Ammirati
(Lima, November 4, 2016) St. Rita’s would like to welcome Dr. Mario Ammirati, neurosurgeon, to the Lima community. Dr. Ammirati is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and Italian Board of Neurological Surgery. He joins our team at Mercy Health-St. Rita's Neurosurgery Center located at 770 W. High St., Suite 220, Lima, OH 45801.
Prior to joining our team, Dr. Ammirati was employed by the Department of Neurosurgery at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, and was also a tenured professor at their
Department of Neurological Surgery and Department of Radiation Oncology. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of neurological and skull base surgeries and received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Naples, Italy and his Maturita Classica, Liceo Classico Umberto I, in Naples, Italy. He also received his Master of Business Administration from the Temple Executive M.B.A. Program.
