Mercy Health Ada Family Medicine now Open

Mercy Health Ada Family Medicine (located on 81 across from the Ada schools) will be opening May 16th . Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. 12 p.m. on Fridays. We will be staffed by one physician and one Nurse Practitioner. The facility will offer OP lab and radiology services to the community even if not ordered by our providers. We will be a traditional family medicine office focusing on the wellness of our patients of any age. We will also be offering specialty clinics including Sports Medicine, Cardiology, Urology, Surgery, and GI. To make an appointment for family medicine please call 419-996-5000.
