St Ritas Health Partners hosting National Healthcare Decisions Day event

(Lima, March 31, 2016) As part of National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16, counselors at St. Ritas Health Partners will be available on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 9 a.m. 4 p.m. to provide information about various healthcare decisions including living wills, durable power of attorney for healthcare and organ donation through Lifeline of Ohio. Counselors will also assist with the completion of documents at this time. The service, open to the public and free of charge, will be available in St. Ritas Health Resource Center located in the main lobby across from Starbucks.

Attendees should bring names, addresses and phone numbers of family and friends they would like to include in any documents. If someone is unable to attend the session at this time, they should contact St. Ritas Spiritual Care at 419-226-9481 or email DMMiller@mercy.com to schedule an appointment.
