Dale Gisi, President of St. Rita’s Medical Center
(Lima, June 2, 2016) St. Ritas Health Partners is happy to announce Dale Gisi has been promoted to the role of president of St. Ritas Medical Center. Dale will be working alongside Bob Baxter, CEO of the Mercy Health Lima Region.
Dale joined Mercy Health in 2014 as the vice president of operations at the medical center where he was responsible for several clinical and nonclinical areas including cardiovascular services, surgical services, medical imaging, ambulatory surgery, New Vision Laboratory, physical plant, athletic training, pharmacy, respiratory care, outpatient express testing and LACP. He was also the local executive for behavioral health.
Dale joined Mercy Health after serving for 13 years with Regional Health in South Dakota. In total he has more than 22 years of executive and operational healthcare experience. He has a degree in healthcare administration and holds certifications as a senior professional of human resources, and a licensed nursing home administrator. Dale has served on various community boards and has had both state and national association leadership positions.
