** It is HIGHLY encouraged that you attend the skills clinic offered at the Springfield Regional Campus before attending this virtual session. That is where you will receive your class supplies **
This class will help mom and support person better understand the labor process and how to cope with labor pains and various feelings of nervousness or fear. We will review what normal events you can expect during labor and some of the unplanned events that can occur. We provide all class supplies free of charge. Once you are registered a secure zoom link will be sent to your email. (1.5 hour run time)
Please note all SRMC campus class requests alert the same email, you can send requests for multiple classes in one email.
