Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation for virtually all diagnoses and treatment types. We offer highly skilled one-on-one physical, occupational, and speech therapy, which focuses on each patient’s individual needs. We also offer specialty services such as:

Certified hand therapy

Laryngectomy care, including voice prosthesis management

We provide care to a 10-county primary and secondary service area. That means we offer comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation in multiple locations throughout the region, including:

2. Wapakoneta YMCA*

3. Delphos Ambulatory Care Center

4. Putnam County YMCA*
