What makes us different
Unlike a skilled nursing facility, we can offer a higher intensity of physical, occupational and speech therapy, three hours of combined therapy per day. That’s because we perform rehab in a hospital setting, so we’re able to handle more serious medical issues with doctors and nurses who specialize in rehabilitation. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our team
Making the adjustment from hospital to home can be hard. That’s why we offer the full support of a specialized and experienced treatment team that includes:
- Consulting and primary care doctors
- Medical equipment suppliers
- Nursing assistants
- Occupational therapists
- Orthotic prosthetic specialists
- Physical therapists
- Physiatrists (rehabilitation doctors)
- Registered nurses

- Dietary specialists
How is the acute rehabilitation unit different than a skilled nursing facility?
- Medical care and therapy led by multidisciplinary medical team
- A minimum of three hours of intensive therapy per day, five days a week
- Ability to manage wounds, dialysis and complex medical conditions
- May provide home visits if a need is determined by your therapy team

“Overall fantastic. I was told this unit had great staff, and they lived up to it. I would not mind coming back if I had to.”
“This has been a wonderful experience. The doctors care about you, the therapy staff pushes you to make you better. Everyone was very kind and therapy knew what they were doing. The program was above and beyond. The one thing I really appreciated here, each time I needed to be changed, it was with respect. I liked that the nursing staff was a bit older, and again, each time it was with respect. I wish I would have come to this rehab unit a lot sooner than I did.”
