Outpatient rehabilitation is a form of therapy where you travel to the hospital or other facility to attend sessions and then return home the same day. Based on your condition, your physician will refer you for appropriate outpatient rehabilitation services. Physical therapy – helps you restore function and maximize recovery following illness, disease or injury. Outpatient physical therapies available include:
