What is Performance Training/Sports Strength and Conditioning?

Performance Training/Sports Strength and Conditioning is individual or group session with trained exercise specialists that develop programs to optimize your performance. These sessions are for the novice or professional athlete. Workouts can improve upper and lower body strength, flexibility, speed, agility, quickness and injury prevention.

The program can be customized to address findings from you performance assessments. Sessions focus on flexibility, strength and movements specific to your sport and/or position. Our goal is to maximize your performance while reducing the risk of athletic injuries. The key to this program is strengthening the body parts that are prone to injury.
