I am a board-certified hematology-oncology specialist. One of the biggest privileges of being a physician is to be a part of my patients’ lives. Every cancer patient and their family are different, with their own unique needs. My goal is to design an individual treatment plan to help each one of my patients achieve the best outcome possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, jogging, traveling, and reading.

	July 2024 Dr. El Amil always remembers me & the person who came with me to my initial appointment. She's genuine when asking how I am & how things are going with all of my providers. She exemplifies what wrap around care should look like. When I ask her questions, on this date, I asked her about why my blood levels would go up & down. She explained it to me in a way that I understood & put my uneasiness to rest.
	June 2024 I feel fortunate to have Dr Al Emil as my physician. She is so kind. She listens and is really concerned about me as a person. First visit. I loved her.
