	November 2024 This is the first time that I was experiencing a physical issue since Dr. Elsaad Took over the practice. He's always listened to me, but I wasn't sure how he would want to handle my problem. He could tell that I was in need of immediate care and had two options and outpatient or an inpatient treatment plan. He recommended the inpatient because of the fall that I had taken, And made it happen quickly within an hour. The doctor definitely gained my trust and I definitely felt cared for and listen to.

	September 2024 Have dealt with physicians and physicians assistance or nurse or nurse practitioners and nothing but the best quality from the one I'm seeing at that visit. They have all been first class and given me the aid and answers that I needed for that visit. I'm very very thankful to be alive and where I'm at today Due to the healthcare I've been receiving from these doctors and nurse practitioners. God bless them.
	August 2024 The doctor and I discussed my issue with hand trimmers. And decided it was best not to be taking medication because of heart issues. The doctor seemed like he was really concerned.
