	November 2024 I always have a great conversation with my Doctor. He listens to what I have to say, he is straight up, no nonsense, personable as if you're his only patient.
	November 2024 I was given written instructions concerning my diagnosis which I found very helpful. In this package there were exercises for me to practice.
