I specialize in complex knee and shoulder injuries, with expertise in joint preservation, minimally invasive surgery, and joint replacements. 	January 2025 Very impressed with Dr. Laidlaw and I haven't been favorably impressed with many orthopedic physicians. He thoroughly accessed my shoulders, discussed treatment options with me and encouraged me to reach out if I have any questions or treatment plan doesn't meet expectations.
	January 2025 There's a discrepancy of when the surgery should take place according to the surgeon and when due to my life and family I can get it done. But he heard me and let me make the ultimate decision which I will by Monday of the next week.
