	October 2024 My concern was receiving more treatment for osteoporosis that had been downgraded to osteopenia in 2022 after a bone scan. Dr. Shivers, it appeared, shared my concern before I voiced it. He recommended a referral for a bone scan to be done before early January 2025. We talked about options after that scan is completed. His referral noted osteopenia with 2 recent fractures. He also ordered blood panels. I felt he took my concern seriously and he took care of me. I always leave feeling he listened to me!
