| May 2024 I'm fairly new to Mercy, and I'm always just struck by the empathy and care I experience from Mercy doctors. My issue isn't an ENT one, but there is one, and Dr. Clancy helped me identify next steps and I've already been contacted by those offices to schedule appointments. I'm so grateful for this level of care, instead of always feeling lost and struggling who to go to next with my questions.
