	November 2024 Very pleasant experience
	October 2024 Each and every person that I came in contact with before my surgery were very caring, concerned and informative. Always including me in the conversations of what was going on.
	October 2024 Dr. Shaw always takes the time to listen to any concerns, talk about the plan for the issue I am there for, constantly asking how I was doing during the procedure and reassuring I wasn't experiencing any pain. He has great bedside manner and continues to always make me feel better by the time I leave his appointment.
