As a certified family nurse practitioner, I care for people of all ages, newborn to geriatrics. My training allows me to evaluate, educate and recommend treatments for both chronic and acute illness. I am a lifetime resident of Putnam County Ohio and was raised on a farm. I am passionate about helping people in need and volunteer annually on medical missions to Haiti. In my free time, I spend time with family on the farm.

	March 2024 JR was very professional. He took his time with us. This was important since my daughter has previous health issues. He took that into consideration when deciding a plan for treatment.
