Meet Heather

I am a type 1 diabetic and relate with my patients diagnosed with this disease. My passion is to encourage self -care and compliance to decrease progression of comorbidities. I joined Mercy Health to manage diabetes. The mission mirrors my ethics of providing compassionate care to the community. As a previous provider in Nephrology, I am a resource to my patients who have chronic kidney disease. I currently work in Urgent Care, too.

	January 2025 All the staff and nurse practitioner Heather were very kind and knowledgeable and highly effecient with all aspects of the visit. My appointment was at 11. I was called back at 11 and in my car leaving at 11:30. Very efficient!!!!
