	September 2024 I had a great experience with Dr. Grant and his staff! I felt heard! He listened and answered my questions and concerns. I had a MyChart from like 20+yrs ago so I wasn't able to get one set up prior to my appointment. When I went to check out the woman at the desk(I think her name was Korey) offered me a visit summary either via MyChart or printed, I explained the 2 charts situation she said she would look into it and send me an invite. I had the invite via text before I got home from my visit! It's wonderful to have staff that say they will do something and follow through!
