She listened, explained things thoroughly, gave me options and not just directions without explanations, and seriously considered my concerns. I am my only health care advocate, and I do my own online research and decide what is right for me. Dr. Hendrix was kind enough to explain when I made a decision that was not in my best interest and she explained it so thoroughly that I agreed. Never had a doc who did that before. I've now designated her as my primary doc for that reason and her accessibility. She's a keeper!
