I am a native of Spencerville, Ohio and attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. I practice medicine in my Lima office and have special interests in pediatrics, public health, and women’s health. I am currently the Medical Director for Allen County Public Health. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks on the beach and my kids sporting events. My staff and I are proud to provide care to our local communities.

	November 2024 Doctor Gaynier is wonderful. Very attentive, listens to what health problems you are experiencing and ask further questions for detailed clarification. Very thorough in examination. Explained to me in layman's terms what is going on with me and came up with game plan for treatment. She very much cares for the people she treats as if family. Not sure what you are paying her but not enough
