EVisits Patients can now access non-real-time virtual care via MyChart. These confidential care consultations are submitted by a questionnaire to the either a current provider or by selecting “first available provider.” Unlike all other forms of virtual care, patients can submit requests and engage in a clinical care encounter with a provider wherever and whenever is convenient for them. There is no need to schedule time with a provider or spend a second communicating with their office or a contact center to submit an Evisit. |
